Chuckleberry jam. A fantastic vibrant and sharp jam. Made using Chuckleberries grown locally in the Welsh Marches.

Our first jam won silver medal at Ludlow Food Festival 2016 and has received two stars from the 2017 GREAT TASTE AWARDS, and yes there is such a fruit as the Chuckleberry!

Chuckleberry Jam is a fantastic vibrant and sharp jam, made using Chuckleberries grown locally in the Welsh Marches. The chuckleberry is a little-known berry. It is a redcurrant crossed with a gooseberry and jostaberry (itself a hybrid of a gooseberry and a blackcurrant). The resulting fruit has a sharp, vibrant taste which is great in the morning to wake up your taste buds, but equally as good in a Victoria Sandwich or with scones and cream.

INGREDIENTS: Welsh Chuckleberries (55%), sugar.

Quite simply the best jam in the world. Also amazing with cold meats and cheeses (or straight out the jar with a spoon!).

The name is quite a talking point & love to gift this. Tricky to describe but a super, clean, zingy taste. You realise just how overbearing the sweetness of supermarket jams are once you taste this. Go for it!
