A very grown up, warming citrus spread, with a hint of booze.  Delicious.  Made by hand in small batches, this marmalade is delicious on toast at any time of the day.  It makes a great addition to baked ham or wonderful in a pear & chocolate pastry!

Of course we should not miss Paddington out; a marmalade sandwich.
